Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@homegrindshop.store so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


UK & European Union Customers – Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item
